Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 April 2026

For more information on how we process personal information and what rights you have, please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you use Nalzio on behalf of a company, this policy describes how we handle personal data in connection with that business use.

This Privacy Policy describes how OPCLINE LTD ("OPCLINE", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with Nalzio, our business-to-business ("B2B") software service for ecommerce profit and advertising analytics. It applies to visitors to our website, account holders, and authorised users you invite to your workspace.

Who is responsible for your information?

The controller of personal information described in this policy is OPCLINE LTD (Company number 15098828), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, United Kingdom, W1W 7LT. You can contact us at support@nalzio.com or by telephone at +44 7868 805665.

Where you connect advertising or store data about your own customers, you may act as a separate controller or processor for that data under your agreements with those platforms. This policy describes our role in operating Nalzio; your obligations to your end customers remain yours.

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use Nalzio:

  • Account and contact data. Name, business email address, company name, role, billing details, and similar identifiers you provide when you register, subscribe, or communicate with us.
  • Connected platform and advertising data (OAuth 2.0). When you authorise integrations (for example Google Ads, TikTok for Business, or ecommerce platforms such as Shopify), we access advertising and commerce data strictly through OAuth 2.0 or comparable secure authorisation flows that you or an admin on your account initiate. We use this data to provide reporting, analytics, and profit calculation features you have requested—not for unrelated profiling and not for sale.
  • Usage and technical data. Log data, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic information used to secure and improve the service.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. As described in our Cookie Policy.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and support the Nalzio service (including dashboards, metrics, and integrations);
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and protect the security and integrity of our systems;
  • Communicate with you about the service, billing, and important notices;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
  • Analyse aggregated or de-identified usage to improve product performance and reliability.

Under UK GDPR, we rely on appropriate lawful bases such as: performance of a contract with you (or your organisation); legitimate interests in running a secure B2B analytics platform (balanced against your rights); consent where required (for example certain cookies or marketing, where applicable); and legal obligation where we must process data to comply with the law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (i) service providers who host infrastructure, provide email delivery, security monitoring, or other functions essential to Nalzio, under contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms; (ii) professional advisers where required; (iii) authorities when required by law; or (iv) a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Security and storage

We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption of data at rest where supported by our infrastructure, access controls, and staff training. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we work to maintain safeguards appropriate to the risk.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States, or other countries. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other mechanisms recognised under applicable law.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by data category and your settings.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to data portability. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the details above. You may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

If you are in California, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA (for example to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing"—we do not sell personal information as defined by those laws). Contact us to submit a verifiable request.

Children

Nalzio is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate (for example by email or in-product notification).
